Paxton Development, Northern Terrace
On behalf of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, members of the Quod team secured full planning permission for the first phase of the redevelopment of the ‘Northern Terrace’, an important heritage asset situated to the north of the Club’s new stadium.
Permission was granted for the ‘Paxton Development’; a new building to comprise ticketing, administration, retail and security uses in addition to the first phase of a new public realm linking with the stadium development.
The development is the first phase of the regeneration of this area and is an important step towards the sustainable regeneration of the Northern Terrace.
